Now-mostly-liquid and slurry additives are available for targeted- in- furnace- injection to reduce deposits in the furnace water wall, economizer and slagging in the superheater, re-heater zone and corrosion in the air heater. Liquid and slurry types of additives and dispensing system are available for over the fire injection.
